Where can I pick up my rental car in Raiatea?

We welcome you directly at Raiatea airport or in our Uturoa boutique, at no extra charge. The vehicle is ready, clean, and the contract already prepared for a rapid departure.

Are vehicles in good condition and well maintained?

Do you offer delivery outside the airport or store?

Yes, on request we can deliver your vehicle anywhere on the island (hotels, guesthouses, marinas, quayside), subject to availability.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

You can change your dates or vehicle type up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability. Contact us and we’ll find the best solution.

What is your fuel policy?

The car is delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Simple, clear and with no surprises.

What to do in the event of a breakdown or problem?

Our 7/7 assistance service provides rapid response anywhere on the island. In the event of a mechanical problem, we’ll repair or replace the vehicle to ensure your stay goes smoothly.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required when the keys are handed over, which is 100% refundable if the vehicle is returned in good condition.
